MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN INSURANCE. OR WE CAN HELP.
If you are interested in renting for 30 days or more please contact me for discount rate. We also work with insurance claims if you need a place to live while your house is being repaired.
If you need me to bring it to the airport or anywhere else in town please feel free to ask! One way rentals are welcome!

Rules & Policies
Be sure to contact your insurance agent after booking. You must provide your own insurance binder/umbrella for the days you are renting. If you need help getting Insurance let us know and we can help.
We will email you a rental agreement to sign.
You are required to leave a $2000 refundable damage deposit at the time of pick up.
All cancelled reservations before 14 days to pick up day will have a 50% cancellation fee and no refunds if cancelled within 7 days before the trip.
