Once your booking is confirmed, please contact your insurance agent to arrange coverage for your rental. You’ll need to provide either an insurance binder or an umbrella policy covering the full rental period.
We’ll email you a rental agreement to review and sign before your trip.
At pickup, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before your booking date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee or the initial payment, whichever is less. This amount may be applied toward a future reservation.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking are non-refundable.
Early Returns:
No refunds will be issued for early returns.
Late Pickups:
No refund will be provided if the renter arrives later than the scheduled departure time.
Age Requirement:
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Boating Requirements:
The renter is responsible for operating the boat safely and in compliance with all local and state boating laws.
A valid driver’s license is required. A boater education card may be required depending on state regulations.
The boat must be returned in the same condition it was received. Any damages, excessive cleaning, or misuse will be deducted from the security deposit.
Fuel Policy:
The boat is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full unless otherwise agreed. Fuel charges may apply if not refilled.
Weather Policy:
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your booking.

My experience with Pacific RV Rentals, specifically Alex and Roderick, was superb. Alex was very communicative, reasonable, and accommodating during the initial rental process, and again at return. Roderick took time to walk me through all the needed-to-know bits on pickup, which was highly appreciated since this was my first time renting (or even staying in) an RV. I had a lot to learn and both Alex and Roderick treated me with kindness and respect throughout the process. They definitely won my loyalty for any future rentals!

Recently attended Tipper & Friends at the Gorge. Pacific RV came recomended to me after hours of searching and I decided to rent an RV through them. The original RV I wanted was not available and Alex worked with me to find suitable replacement in the same price range. The replacement was the Winnebago Minnie Winnie 2016, which was in perfect condition upon pick up.
Not only was the RV experience amazing but Alex was super helpful every step of the way and made my first RV renting experience amazing! He was super respectful and helpful and I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone I know going to the PNW!
