    Rules & Policies

    Once your booking is confirmed, please contact your insurance agent to arrange coverage for your rental. You’ll need to provide either an insurance binder or an umbrella policy that covers the rental period.

    We’ll email you a rental agreement to review and sign ahead of your trip.

    At pickup, we require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit—just a standard precaution.

    Cancellation Policy:

    •    If you cancel more than 7 days before your pickup date, there’s a 25% cancellation fee or your initial payment—whichever is less. This amount can be applied toward a future reservation.

    •    Cancellations made within 7 days of your trip are non-refundable.

    Early Returns:

    No refunds are given for early termination of the rental.

    Late Pickups:

    No refund will be provided if the client picks up later than the booked date of departure.

    Age Requirement:

    Renters must be at least 25 years old.

    There’s a $200 fee per pet, ensuring your companions are welcome on your journey. If you have any specific requests to enhance your travel experience, please don’t hesitate to let me know—I’d be glad to assist. You’ll need to provide your own insurance, though we’re happy to help arrange coverage if needed. For rentals of 9 nights or more, enjoy unlimited miles and generator use—perfect for extended trips. Please note that a long distance maintenance fee may apply. For reservations under 9 nights, you’ll receive 100 miles per night included, with an additional $0.55 per mile thereafter. Interested in a stay of 30 days or longer? Contact me directly for a discounted rate. We also collaborate with insurance claims to provide temporary housing during home repairs. For added convenience, we can supply all bedding, camping gear, towels, kitchen supplies, propane, a grill, and other basic essentials for $350—just let me know what you need! If you’d like delivery to the airport or another local spot, just ask—I’m happy to accommodate. One-way rentals are available as well.
